  • I believe that we are all amazing human beings with many gifts to offer the world. We have a purpose and are happiest when we pursue that purpose and passion.

As an ADHD Coach, I help you align your life towards that purpose. I help you understand your unique brain wiring and discover strategies to increase your motivation, organization, and follow-through.

I work predominantly with college students and adults. College students often want support with planning, prioritizing, and time management. Adults often are seeking ways to navigate the work environment, improve motivation, communicate more effectively in relationships, and break the shame cycle that often accompanies ADHD.

  • In order to help you feel confident about the coaching process, I offer a Complimentary Initial Phone Consultation.

Initial phone consult: This is a way for the client to learn about the coaching process and for the coach and client to decide if the partnership is a good fit.

Moving Forward: If you decide to move forward, you will receive a link to the client portal where you will find documents outlining my practice's policies and procedures. You will sign and complete all documents prior to the intake session.

Coaching Sessions: All sessions are booked online. As coaching is not a quick-fix solution, the average commitment ranges from 3-5 months and oftentimes can last longer. Typically, we will meet 3-4 times per month for up to one hour at a time.

During the first coaching session, I will ask a lot of questions but also do a lot of listening. The intent of the intake session is to identify why you are seeking ADHD Coaching and what you hope to get out of it. We will discuss strengths and explore what is getting in your way to live the life you want to live. I want to hear your story and what is true for you. At the conclusion of the intake session, we will set goals for our next meeting and talk about how frequently we need to meet.

  • Sessions currently take place virtually either by phone or via Zoom.

  • I do not take insurance. Unfortunately ADHD coaching and consulting is not covered by insurance at this time.

  • Coaching costs are in line with other professional services like therapy and mentoring. We can discuss the price of packages in the free initial consultation call.
