Sometimes 1:1 support is what you or your college student needs in order to navigate and juggle the demands of college life.
In these 1:1 sessions, we’ll talk through the challenges you’re facing and create sustainable ways to manage your time, keep up with assignments, stop procrastinating, and live authentically (and happily) with your ADHD.

PRODUCTIVITY POWER HOUR
Productivity Power Hour is a time to plan, organize, and prioritize! It’s an intentional hour where you can set the vision and tasks you want to accomplish for the week ahead. You will also learn new strategies to help when you feel stuck.
You’ll also get access to our Body Doubling sessions! Body doubling is having the presence of someone else when you’re working on tasks you’d otherwise avoid, so you have the accountability and support to complete them.
